BRITISH MISSION TO SOUTH RUSSIA.
LONDON, Nov. 22. A British mission is [proceeding to .South Russia via Constantinople to JRostoff, under Mr Mackinder, a- member of the House 'of Commons.
The Government attaches the importance to the immediate •economic development of South Rus•sia, with a view to placing British irade :on a sound basis in rich areas, ■vrith its forty million of ft, population, which has been freed from Boltgh&vism.
