That very keen judgment has been shown on the part of the Club's h&ndicappers was again evidenced last night when, W. Pinkham and I). Walker (40secs.) defeated J. G. Findlay and H. O. Findlay (12secs.) by a bare length and a-half in the third heat of the race for the Girling Aft dais. Both crews made a good start, and the race throughout was a keen one. To-night the fourth heat will be decided between It. Croudis ova P. Oi-nstien (jscr.) and E. Dobson and N. Dunckley (45secs.)
