As compared with last soles' closing raties prices for merino wools are 'O per cent, to 15 per cent, higher; crossbred wools, fine quality, 10 per cent/ higber; crossbred wooJ.'« ; medium quality, 15 per cent, liigner ; crossbred. coarse, 10 per cenx. higher. • English and French buyers are the principal operators, whilst American buyers are buying moderately. Highest price .is pd *01' merino wools scoured and pdsa merino wools greasy.
