' The Peace Terms s^nd the ,inter- ■ national situation were discussed ,at the conference of *he Labor party to-day, and a manifesto placing on . record .Labor's u'nqiiailinedi oondemnation of the terms of the Treaty was adopted unanimously, ifos> reasons : being set out at length. The conference declared in favor •■■of self-determination for Ireland, . Egypt, India, and all Mjibjeet peoples, and joined with the workers elsewhere in demanding the withdrawal •of Allied troops from Russia and other Socialistic. republics. It also - declared unreservedly in favor of lifting the blockade imposed on Russia.
