Australian and N.Z. Oabie Atseociation (Received July 3, 5.5 p.m.) NEW YORK, July 2. The Nev York Times's Washington correspondent says that the State Department has issued a statement cabled by President Wilson saying that he is unable to repeal the wartime prohibition regulation until demobilisation has been completed.
