'"A Woman's Power,'' at His Majesty's Iheatre this evening (Fndayj and to-morrow afternoon, at 2.3'f. The plot, while said to be full of military tire and containing many striking scenes of the Philippines during the- Spanish-American War, tolls an engrossing story of a woman's influence for good or evil on a man. The heroine is a little mountain maiden. Her people were feudalists, her lover a would-be assassinyet her woman's power made a man of the lad she loved, and his love furnished a stimulus for solf-iinprove-jiient winch caused her to bloom into bewitching womanhood. To-morrow night (Saturday) the management will present "The Hidden Scar,"' a story of a great love wrecked by a. previous sin.
