MADE IN GERMANY.
Mr "Wilford brought before the notice of the Prime Minister the fact that a returned soldier had purchased a pair of white gloves to attend a returned soldiers' dance. On arrival at the hall he found that the gloves were branded "Made in Germany." Mr Massey stated that the Government was absolutely up.against anything in the nature of trading with the enemy. The Hon. Mr Herdman, speaking on the subject, asked for full particulars, so that a thorough investigation could be made.
