(Reuters Teleerams.) (Received July 2, 0.10 a.m.) . LONDON, July 1. _ t-eufcefs Paris correspondent states that the French cruiser Kleber struck a mine and sunk near Brest. Thirtyeight of the crew, including three x etheers, are missing. . [The .Kleber was an armored cruiser of 7700 tons, a speed of 21 Knots, with a complement of 500. She was completed in 1904, and carried eight 6.4-inch, four 4-inch, and sixteen smaller- guns, and two torpedo tubes above water.]
