The Brazilian navy is co-operating with the American fleet in hunting submarines .off South America, thus practically joining the Allies, OfhVals are doubtful whether Brazil will formally declare war, because tha Brazilian Government is inclined to regard Brazil's attitude as defensive rather, than offensive.
