LONDON, Feb. 6. Tho Bishop of Birmingham has arranged wihh his bankers to {idvanco him £100*1. Ho offers to lend the poorer clergy between £5 and £11) for the war loan, repayable in monthly instalments He appeals to the clerjjy to exhort their congregations to subscribe to the war loan.
