FEDERAL REFERENDUM BILL
MELBOURNE, Sept. 22. * The House, after an all-night sitting, passed the third reading of the Referendum Bill. The Government accepted un amendment permitting naturalised enemy subjects with sons serving in the Australian forces to vote.
