Nominations in the form No. 2 in -the Second Schedule to "The Local Elections 'and Polls Act, 1908," must be delivered to the undersigned, or addressed to him and delivered at the office of the Wairau Road Board, High Street Blenheim at any time before ' noon on Saturday, -29th April, 1916.
