(Received April 25, 3.45 p.m.) LONDON, April 24. The- King and the Tsar exchanged telegrams on the occasion of the happy coincidence of both nations fcolob'rating Easter on the same day. The messages expressed confidence in the ultimate -success of the combined efforts of their nations.
