Although it has been; announced1 that General Rusvsell takes command of the newly formed' New1 Zealand Division, General Godley still remains in supreme control as^ head of the corps, of which the division will form a part, and retains his. right r to make or approve promotions. .• Colonel Chaytor, 'who ? was to have command pf the Rifle Brigade, takes the New Zealand Mounted Rifles Brigade^ and 'Colonel \Braithwaite commands the Rifle Brigade.
