(Received Oct.. 21, 8.55 p.m.) PARIS, Oct. 21. - v* i explosion at a facto vy at Rmiablvi, where 200 w.omen were eniployed, resulted iii 40 being killed and many woundWl. . A number of^workmen's dwellings near by collapsed. ,It is feared that there are many l.odies underneath. Windows for a radius of two miles were .shattered. Many limbs were found 500 yards away. There is no reason to suspect foul alpy.
