Her inaction suggests that she is . waiting ;to sco which skie wins, and then '"to join the winner: but Greece is not :m unpledged neutral. The Serbians and Allies have »■ right to resist her breaking of tlie Serbo-Grec-ian treaty. The offer of Cyprus is a splemhd one. It the Greek nation allows M. Zanius to reject it the world will have to revise its views of th© seriousness of tho Hellenic aspirations.
