PATRON'S TROPHY

The Blenheim Defenoo Riflo Olnb fired the final for the Patron's Trophy on EViday morning. A heavy southwesterly "wind blew across the range and marta things rather unpleasant. W. H. West again came out on top, with a-sroro, of 49. West, who is shooting in excellent form, put up the splendid performance of an average of 4S for the four ranges, which is a record for tho IJominion. President Cooke also shot up to good! form, putting on an average of 44£ points for the four ranges. Scores:—
