LONDON, Aug. 26. The Times's correspondent at Petrograd reports that the Russians will probably continue to hold Grodno, nhich is strongly fortified, until the 6ulk of their armies assume their appointed positions eastward of Vilna. There is a reason to modify the hopeful estimates of tho situation. Until the Russians' northern front is turned from the sea we may view the iiiilitary outlook calmly.
