EIGHT CASES REPORTED
[Press Association.] WANGANUr, Jan. 26. .Typhoid is reported to be pj-evalent in the Taihape district. Recently three cases were rei3orted to thc^ locai heilth officer, and during tho past few djn-s five new cases have been notified. AH the patients are Europeans, and so far there has been one death.
