(Received Jan. 13, 10 p.m.) PARIS, Jan. 13. The Temps's London correspondent considers that England's was a remarkable effort in improvising an army.of half a million, supplying the needs of the army in Egypt and Mesopotamia, and , furnishing the Allies with everything wanting through their industries being crippled by mobilisation or invasion. She was able to supply a veritable tour-de--force which no other country could have achieved.
