MURDER IN VANCOUVER.
CHINESE BOY'S CONFESSION,
VANCOUVER, April 6. ■ivong, a Chinese honseboy, has confessed to the murder of Mrs Charles milliard, wife of the Oana-ctian-Facilic passenger agent at Vancouver. Mr" Millard is exceedingly wcll-knovm to overseas visitors as fte goes to meet all the boats coming from Sydney and Auckland. He went down to meet the Makura, leaving his wife at home.
