Pielion, commenting on iMr Lavisse's letter, said that the Entente was united by deeper reasons and by more natural feelings than those linking fhe "Triple Alliance, but) the Entente, in order to 'fulfil its pacific task efficiently, required constant exchange of views, a definite agreement, and complete cohesion.
