Butter.—The market-- is dull and prices are irregular. New Zealand butter stocks have {Accumulated latefy and holders ■ aie< disposed to meet buyers at lower prices, as present supplies exceed requirements. Danish, m fair demand, per cwt., 122s to 1245; New Zealand, slow, 109s to 112s; unsalted; 116s to 118s; Australian, market quiet. 106s to 110s: Argentine, market dull, 104s to 108s; Siberian, market steady, 108s to 110s. ;
Oheese.-—The market is steady with a fair business doing. Canadian supply is, running short, but holders fine firm.! There is •& fair demand fat New Zealand, and the market is steadier.
