"THE COUNTERFEITER": A "STAR" ATTRACTION.
The improv-ement in the seating accommodation at the Town Hall and a maintenance^ the high standard of pictures screened by the Star proprietary are circumstances which are calculated to assure a continuance of public support of the new picture venture. ..'■ With 'each succeeding change of programme something new in thefciiiematograph line is revealed, ami for'-to-night's change indications point to a successful entertainment; The attractions are*-inany, but the film entitled "The Counterfeiter" has special recommendations. It is a drama .with =an atmosphere of crime, as the title indicates; and a "touch of the. Wild West, in that a scene reprehenting an Indian attack is introduced. "Marriage through' the Ages" shows the various customs in vogue in several parts of <:, the world, while "The Last. Quest" and "The Woodman's Daughter" are •dramas of special merit. The programme will also be screened to-morrow night.
