The Mir, the semi-official organ, explains that the Guesehoff Cabinet iesigned as a protest against the Allies' disloyal acts. The new Ministry's programme embodies the views of all parties, and aims at accomplishing Bulgaria's duty to, Macedonia, as formulated by King Ferdinand's reply to the Tsar.
