DECLINED.

BELGRADE, June 17. The King of Greece has arrived, and i& proceeding to St. Petersburg. It is understood that his mission is to lay the Greek desires in regard to the partition of the conquered territories before the Tsar. King Peter's reply to the Tear has not been published. It is believed it insists that evacuation of the conquered territories would overthrow1 the Government, place the dynasty in an impossible position, and jeopardise Servia's economic independence. King Peter declined to accept the tres".^nations of the Ministry. He insisted on M. Pasics representing Sen :a at the St. Petersburg conference of Premiers.
