Ministers outside the Cabinet had invested in Marconis. . Mr L. Ginnell gave notice m the House of Commons that he would move the acceptance of the special report by Sir Albert Spicer, chairman of the Marconi Committee, and also that he would move' that Sir Rufus Isaacs be requested to resign.'
