DIVERGENCE AMONG THE POWERS.
VIENNA, June 17. The Tsar's telegram to King Ferdinand and King Peter has created a divergence'among the Powers regarding the utility of collective demobilisation representations. According to the N-ene Freie Presse Austria does not intend to proceed with the matter, though Germany and Italy will adhere to the original resolution.
