TEAM TO VISIT NEW SOUTH

Teh following Rugby football team

has been selected to represent the New Zealand University on its tour to Sydney this year : —

Backs — Childs, . Cuthill, Harris (Otago University), Ryan, Faire (Victoria College), Mackay, Geddes, Darby, Wilson (Auckland).

Forwards —Fisher, Mawson (Otago), Billsey (A.U.C.), D. Dobson, G. Porter (C.C.), R. H. Quilliam, T. Fawbett (V.C.), C. Nesbit (A.U.C.), C. Cartwright (CO, A. Kidd (0.U.).

The team is to play two matches against Sydney University and one against Duntroon Military College. This is probably the strongest university team that has left New Zealand. Every one of the backs (except Faire) represented his province last year.

The team leaves Wellington on June 27th.
