HUMAN FOOT ON THE BEACH

ABITBURTON, June 16. The manager of Coldstream Estate im*de a gruesome discovery on Saturday on the beach, at Goldstream, on Ohe north side of the Rangitatu. River mouth, in the. shape oi' a bootf and wader, in which was the skeleton of a human foot. v' This is thought to b© the dismembered limb of the body of either A. E. Darby or C. Nicholas, who were the victims of «. boating fatality &t Rangi-ta-ta mouth on January 2ist last.
