OPERA BY ELECTROPHONE.
LONDON, May 31. Queen Alexandra enjoyed the novel experience yesterday evening of listening at Marlborougli House to grand opera, that was being performed at Covent Garden.
The music was transmitted to Marlborough House by means of an electrophone that was installed at the footlights at Covent Garden.
