(Received June .14, 9.45 a.m.) CONSTANTINOPLE, June 13. It is stated that Shefket received a warning; on the previous day, but he 1 -did not Heed it. He deprecated the adoption of special precautions for liis safety. Those arrested are supposed to be mere instruments, and the real authors are still at liberty. It is lelieved that -they plotted the assassination of the leading Ministers.
