SHEFKEff'S DEATH

THREE PERSONS ARRESTED
[Press Association.] CONSTANTINOPLE, Juno 11. It is officially stated that Shefket Pasha was leaving the Ministry of War. He had reached Beyagid Divangular Square, when the car was compelled to stop ©n. the road for repairsSome unknown persons from another car fired ten shots, mortally wounding Shefket :and Ibrahim Bey. They were takeai to the Ministry of War, and Shefket died half an hour later.
Three arrests liave been made.
Martial law has been proclaimed, and Said Pasha has been appointed Grand Vizier.
