HOTEL DESTROYED

[PKESS ASSOCIATION.'] TIMARU, Jan. 30. JNews has been received that Nelligari s Hotel at Pleasant Point was ' burnt down last night, and other ! buildings endangered. No further 1 details were available when the tele-, gra,ph office closed.

DUNEDIN, Jan. 31. Ihe grocery premises occupied by moulds., m King Street, were badly damaged by fire early this morning. Ihe fire originated in the residential quarter. The insurances are: On the building, owned by? Mrs Dodds, £275 m the Rational Office, on the furniture £150 in the Ocean Office, and on the stock £320 in the Alliance Office.
