TWO IMPORTANT AMENDMENTS CARRIED.
(Received Jan. 30, 10.20 p.m.) LONDON, Jan. 30. Mr G. J. Wardle's amendment to the Trades Union Bill, in reference to intervention; in disputes by the Registrar of Friendly Societies, and Sir Rufus Isaac's motion to make the Registrar's decision conclusive without appeal to the law courts, were carried without division.
