OERMANY SAYS "HANDS OFF."^
CONSTANTINOPLE, Jan. 39. Herr Wangenheim, German Ambassador, in a speech at a German banquet, said that Turkey's future lay in Asia- Mmor. Germany's interests there were bound up with .Turkey's. Germany's injunction was "Hands off -Turkish possessions in Asia Minor."
