BOY ROBBERS IN BERLIN

BERLIN, Jan. 3. Eight boys in Berlin^ the eldest of was twelve years* decided to become burglars, so they formed. a band, and ealied themselves "The Black Hand."

The young desperadoes prorked on fche outskirts of the city, and committed twenty-two burglaries, but were arrested .when they met to' divide the".spoils., •
