(Received Jan. 17, 9.10 a.m ) LONDON, Jan. 16. ±ne steamer Neptunus, which was reported to hare foundered, has turnn£ P ™ safety a* Helsingfors. Ihe Furness liner Avala, bound for -Boston, returned to Queenstown. The captain - and several of the seamen were injured during a tempest. The rudder, deck cabins, and lifeboats were smashed.
