POSITION UNALTERED. . . SYDNEY, Nov. 22. Ihe position in regard 'to the threatened gas strike is unaltered^ Ihe ballot papers are locked in a secret place. The Gas Employees' bouncil met, but refused to divulge ivhat occurred at the meeting. Referring to the Gas Bill, about ivnich the Assembly and the Legislative Council cannot agree, the secretary declares that the union is not nterested in the Bill's fate. He jays: "All our trouble is how to <r e fc in extra shilling daily." j
