Sir, —Mr Beale, an Australian, in his book entitled "Racial Decay" (or "National Decay")-.states that 330,----000 lives are lost in the world of the unborn among the-Anglo-Saxon race annually. I suggest the formatiom of ian Imperial Birth-rate League, booklets to be published warning people against'this great national evil of race suicide. I also suggest, an Imperial Commission to deal with this great question of the birth-rate. Then, if anybody wants to do a great work, I suggest also the formation of an International League; booklets to be published in many languages warning people against this cvil ■;,-.and why not an International Commission or Conference to deal with the evil?
