Mohammedans massacred Christian women and children at Beraija, and carried off a number of maidens as captives.
• The Christians i-etaliated by seizing two villages and razing three Turkish blockhouses to the ground. / .' Fighting is going on day and night. The Turks threaten to exterminate the wnole of the Servian Christian population in the Berana district.
