Cpkkss association.! (Received Aug. 19, 9.25 a.m.) LONDON, Aug. 18. Two men named Graham and Crawley were charged yesterday with performing a bogus marriage in an underground room at Seaf br&. The parties to :the "marriage'" were Eyangeline Healey and F. Hannering. Grawley, posing as a clergyman, read the service,- and Graham, passing himself off "as a solicitor, secured signatures to two promissory notes of £20 apiece, pretending tlia't tliey were certificates. ••'.' • : ; ' 'After the .■ marriage. Crawley and Graham attempted to' blackmail the parties. Suspicions were aroused, and they were arrested.
