The hearing of :the?=Sadler case was continued at the Supreme Court this morning. In summing-up Judge 'Denniston. said that there were two dssues for the jury, whether accused ■unlawfully used an instrument or 'whether he indecently assaulted^ the /gir.l.. The jury retired' before, ltinoh, iand after an absence of nearly three hours brought in a verdict of guilty. Sentence wa.s deferred. . ■ ■
