: LONDON, May 15. In the House of \jommons, replying to a question ( by the Marquis of Tullibardine, Unionist.member, for West Perthshire; Mr Reginald MoKenna, Home. Secretary, stated that Tom Mann had been convicted years ago of diluting beer-ma publichouse or which, he was the tenant. Asked whether he would release Mr Mann, Mr McKeama said he was considering the shorthand notes of the case and was unable at present to reply. 1 Mr George Lansbury, Labor member for Tow,er Hamlets, was refused leave to move the adjournment of the House' in connection with, the Mann case, only thirty members/ supporting; him.- •' '■ '■•'; "■"■ ■ ;■"'■ ".'
