The Court consisted of Mr Harle Gibtn .(chairman), and.Messrs..Hutchi-' son ~.Ov'eHitigton), .lirown .(Dunedin), Barnes (Auckland), and assessors. ...Mr. Fryer,. for.the.employe!s, stated that .they .were' not, prepared to go on with. .the. matter before ,the 'Council, the..obpection. being. tjiat. it was only a local dispute and they desired a Dominion award.
