Tho following cablegram has beon received from the London office of the Waihi Companj7 by the .local, director : —Shareholders meeting passed off satisfactory. The directors' annual report and balance-sheet' were adopted. A dividend was. declared of, 2s per share, paj'able on June Ist. The. chairman's speech announced the maintenance of the output of quartz ana dividends until June, 1913, but gs.,vc indications of a reduction afterwards, unless iho prospects of the mine materially improved meanwhile.
