THE following imported gam<» — viz., cock pheasants and Californian quail—-may be killed within the Marlboroueji Acclimatisation District, comprising the Counties of- Marlborough, Awatere, and Sounds (except in the areas . mentioned in the schedule (for which see "Marlborough Express" of Ap-il 27th, 1912) from the firvl day of May. one thousand nine hundred and twelve to the thirty-first day of July, f.n*.1 thousand nine hundred and twelve. both days inclusive.
