A MISCELLANEOUS COLLECTION

DUNEDIN, March 21. At the City Police Court Colin David McLean was charged with a series of thefts from, retail drapery sKops. He was employed at Mrs Drearer's shop. John Belford was charged with receiving the silks stolen from other firms. .
Both were remanded*
Other arrests are expected. Jt was stated that tfoe police had seized' a miscellaneous inflection of soft goods, boots, shoes, Doulton ware, and other articles, sufficient to fill five large boxes.
