The New 'Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company report holding the following sales during the week:— .■ - :■'■.'■ . | Miss Sutherland's Clearing Sale.— This sale was largely attended, and the large catalogue submitted was practically cleared under the hammor, prices for the live stock being as under:—Jersey cows, £9 to £16 10s>; Jersey heifers, £6 Ids' to £11; milkers, £4 15s to £10 ss; fat cow, £5 13s; heifers, £i 10s > calves, 9 months, 40s; yearlings. 51s; crossbred lambs, M.S , 7s; ewes, aged1, 3s 3d ;'horses, £11 to £23 10s V SEBDON STOCK SALE. There was a large attendance at this sale, with a record yarding, and lines showing quality were in demand. They report sales on account of Dumgree as follbws:—Half-bred ewes, 4 and 6-tooth, 14s 6d; two-tooth 14s 4d; five years old, 9s 3d to 9s 1 Od; merino ewes, full-mouth, 9s Id; aged, 3s 6d. On account of other clients: Fiat wethers, lls Id; half-bred ewes, 4 years, 8s; three-quarter-bred ewes, 2-tooth, lie 8d; half and three-quarter-bred ewes, 2, 4 ajid 6-tooth, mixed, lls 6d; aged ewes, Is lOd to 4s 4d; rams, English Leicester, 1-shear, 2to 2 \ guineas; 2-shear, 1 guinea; 3-shear, f guinea; 4-shear, £ guinea. OKAB.AMIO SALE. There was only a moderate attendance at this sale, and a limited yarding. Crossbred ewes, 2-tooth to S.M., mixed , made 9s 2d; lambs, mixed sexes, as dropped, 4s 7d to 6*sf 3d: wethers, 2-tootn, 7s 6d. The company's next stock sales are at Blenheim on Wednesday, and at Haveloek on Friday next.
