THE CAPSIZE 1 OF THE CUTTER KIWI.

AUCKLAND, March 16. In the nautical inquiry regarding the capsize of the ditter Kiwi, Mr Kettle, S.M., said the Court were of the opinion that the cutter capsized because she. was overloaded above the water line, but until regulations were issued dealing with this class of vessel the Court could do nothing more than say the accident was .caused; by the excess of deck cargoJ The damage done was not sufficient' to allow the Court to deal with th© master's certificate, but as he was responsible for the ovei*lbading he was ordered to pay the cost of the inquiry. , . „ , ~,,.
